Residence Guidelines

We want all our guests to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. We kindly ask you to respect the residence and the surrounding area by following these simple guidelines.

General Guidelines

• Please treat the residence and its contents with care.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the residence.
• Please respect quiet hours, especially during evening and night-time hours.
• Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted unless previously agreed with management.
• Please do not move indoor furniture outdoors.
• Please report any accidental damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can assist promptly.

Energy Saving

Rhodes enjoys beautiful warm weather, especially during the summer months. To help us conserve energy and maintain sustainability, we kindly ask guests to:

• Switch off air conditioning when leaving the residence.
• Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is operating.
• Turn off lights and appliances when not required.
